CuAl8Ni2Fe2Mn2 thermal spray wire is a nickel-aluminum bronze alloy wire containing approximately 8% aluminum, 2% nickel, 2% iron, and 2% manganese, designed for thermal spraying to produce coatings with exceptional corrosion resistance, high strength, and superior wear resistance. This alloy is specifically engineered for harsh marine environments, offering excellent resistance to seawater erosion and cavitation. It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing dense, uniform coatings with strong adhesion for critical surface protection and dimensional restoration in demanding applications.
