955MXC thermal spray wire is a nickel-based self-fluxing alloy designed for wear and corrosion protection. The coating provides excellent hardness, strong bonding strength, and good resistance to abrasion, erosion, oxidation, and corrosion.
It is suitable for flame spray, arc spray and HVOF processes, and can be post-fused if required to achieve dense metallurgical bonding.
