NiCr 35 20 (1.4860) is used as electric components in domestic appliances and other electric heating equipment. It has good ductility after long time usage, good mechanical property at high temperature and good weldability. The maximum working temperature in air is +600°C when used for resistance wires and +1050°C when used for heating wires.
