The heating element/radiant tube replacement package consists of Custom Electric bayonet heating elements and kanthal APM alloy radiant tubes.The bayonent heating elements will replace original equipment in any electric furnace and handle power ratings up to 70kw per element.The elements are fabricated from Ni/Cr or high -temperature Kanthal APM alloy to accommodate furnace-operating temperatures from 200 to 2250 ℉(95 to 1230℃).
