Product Description
CuAl10Fe thermal spray wire is a high-strength aluminum bronze alloy wire containing approximately 10% aluminum and 1-2% iron, designed for thermal spraying to produce coatings with superior mechanical strength, excellent wear resistance, and outstanding corrosion protection, especially in marine environments. Compared with standard aluminum bronze coatings, CuAl10Fe provides higher hardness, better resistance to abrasion, and improved performance against seawater and chemical corrosion. It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing dense, uniform coatings with strong adhesion for critical surface protection and dimensional restoration.
