CuAl8 thermal spray wire is an aluminum bronze alloy wire containing approximately 8% aluminum, designed for thermal spraying to produce coatings with excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and good wear resistance. Compared with standard bronze coatings, CuAl8 provides superior protection in harsh environments, especially against seawater, acids, and industrial atmospheres, while maintaining good mechanical properties. It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing uniform, dense coatings with strong adhesion for critical surface protection and dimensional restoration.
