CuAl9Ni5Fe3Mn2 thermal spray wire is a premium nickel-aluminum bronze alloy wire containing approximately 9% aluminum, 5% nickel, 3% iron, and 2% manganese, designed for thermal spraying to produce coatings with exceptional corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and superior wear resistance. This alloy is specifically engineered for the most demanding marine and offshore environments, offering excellent resistance to seawater erosion, cavitation, and stress corrosion cracking. It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing extremely dense, uniform coatings with outstanding adhesion for critical surface protection in the harshest applications.
