Product Introduction
CuNi44 flat wire is a premium copper-nickel alloy flat wire, with a nominal nickel content of 43%-45% and high-purity copper as the base material. It is manufactured through precision cold drawing, annealing and other advanced processes, with uniform flat cross-section, smooth surface and no defects such as burrs or cracks. With excellent comprehensive performance, it is widely recognized as a high-reliability alloy material in electrical, aerospace, chemical and other industrial fields.
Core Advantages & Performance
- Stable Electrical Performance: High electrical resistivity (0.48-0.49μΩ·m) and extremely low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR), ensuring consistent electrical performance even in temperature-fluctuating environments (operating temperature up to 600℃), perfect for precision electrical components.
- Excellent Corrosion & Oxidation Resistance: Forms a stable passive film on the surface, effectively resisting corrosion from atmosphere, salt mist, mild acids and alkalis. Its corrosion resistance is far superior to ordinary copper wires and stainless steel, suitable for harsh working environments.
- Superior Mechanical Properties: Balanced tensile strength (420-520MPa) and elongation (15%-35%), excellent low-temperature toughness (-196℃ impact value 95J/cm²), able to withstand extreme temperature and mechanical stress without deformation or damage.
- Good Processability: Customizable width (0.4-40mm) and thickness (0.03-2.9mm) to meet diverse application needs; easy to solder, weld and bend, with weld joints maintaining the same performance as the base material after heat treatment.
- Durable & Reliable: No easy aging, deformation or discoloration, long service life; thermal expansion coefficient matches silicon-based materials, avoiding device damage caused by uneven thermal expansion.
Application Scope
Electrical & Electronic Industry: Precision resistors, slide resistors, resistance strain gauges, potentiometers, thermocouples, thermocouple extension wires, compensating cables, and other temperature-stable electrical components.
Aerospace & Automotive: Aircraft circuit boards, satellite antennas, new energy vehicle power battery cooling systems, connectors, and other key components requiring high stability under extreme conditions.
Chemical & Nuclear Industry: Radioactive waste treatment pipelines, acid-base reaction kettles, heat exchangers, and other corrosion-resistant equipment in harsh chemical or nuclear environments.
Semiconductor & Microelectronics: Semiconductor packaging, microelectronic devices, and other products requiring good thermal conductivity and thermal matching performance.
Other Fields: Medical equipment (high-precision sensors, connectors), marine engineering (seawater desalination equipment), industrial automation components, etc.
