Compared with pure copper coatings, CuSi3Mn1 provides higher strength, better hardness, and improved resistance to abrasion while maintaining good corrosion resistance.
It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing uniform coatings with good adhesion for surface protection and dimensional restoration.
