Product Description
CuSn10MnSi thermal spray wire is a high-strength tin bronze alloy wire containing approximately 10% tin, with additions of manganese (Mn) and silicon (Si). This alloy is specifically designed for thermal spraying to produce dense, wear-resistant coatings with excellent mechanical strength and good corrosion resistance. The addition of manganese and silicon enhances the alloy’s deoxidation properties and fluidity during spraying, resulting in coatings with low porosity and strong adhesion. It is suitable for both arc spray and flame spray processes, delivering uniform coatings for surface protection and dimensional restoration in demanding industrial applications.
