CuSn6P thermal spray wire is a phosphor bronze alloy wire containing approximately 6% tin and a controlled amount of phosphorus, designed for thermal spraying to produce dense, wear-resistant coatings with excellent electrical conductivity. Compared with CuSn5P, CuSn6P provides higher hardness and better resistance to fatigue and galling, while maintaining good corrosion resistance and machinability. It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing uniform coatings with strong adhesion for surface protection and dimensional restoration.
