Product Description
CuSn9P thermal spray wire is a high-tin phosphor bronze alloy wire containing approximately 9% tin and phosphorus, specifically designed for thermal spraying to produce dense, highly wear-resistant coatings with excellent corrosion resistance. Compared with CuSn8P, CuSn9P offers significantly higher hardness, superior mechanical strength, and enhanced resistance to fatigue and galling, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications where maximum durability is required. It is suitable for both arc spray and flame spray processes, delivering uniform coatings with strong adhesion for critical surface protection and dimensional restoration.
