ERNiCrMo-10 is a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy welding wire designed for the most severe corrosive environments. It is the designated filler metal for welding Hastelloy® C22 (UNS N06022) and other super austenitic and nickel alloys. With excellent resistance to oxidizing and reducing agents, this wire ensures superior weld integrity even in aggressive chemical environments.
It resists pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking across a broad range of temperatures and media. ERNiCrMo-10 is ideal for cladding, joining, or overlay welding in the chemical processing, pharmaceutical, pollution control, and marine industries. Compatible with TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) processes.
Excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing environments
Highly resistant to wet chlorine, nitric, sulfuric, hydrochloric, and acetic acids
Resists pitting, SCC, and crevice corrosion in chloride-rich media
Stable mechanical properties up to 1000°C (1830°F)
Ideal for dissimilar metal welding, especially between stainless steel and nickel alloys
Suitable for pressure vessels, reactors, and process piping
Complies with AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-10 / UNS N06022
