    Product Description

ERNiCrMo-13 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy welding wire developed for highly corrosive environments where traditional alloys fail. It is equivalent to Alloy 59 (UNS N06059) and is used extensively in the fabrication and repair of equipment exposed to aggressive media, such as strong oxidizers, chloride-bearing solutions, and mixed acid environments.

This filler metal offers excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and intergranular corrosion, even in high-temperature or high-pressure systems. ERNiCrMo-13 is suitable for use with both TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding processes and is often applied in heat exchangers, chemical reactors, flue gas desulfurization units, and offshore structures.

    Key Features

    • Exceptional corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing environments

    • Strong resistance to wet chlorine gas, ferric and cupric chlorides, and nitric/sulfuric acid mixtures

    • Excellent resistance to localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in chloride media

    • Good weldability and metallurgical stability

    • Designed for critical chemical and marine service applications

    • Meets AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-13 standards

    Typical Applications

    • Chemical and petrochemical processing

    • Pollution control (scrubbers, absorbers)
