    Product Description

ERNiCrMo-3 is a solid nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy welding wire used for welding Inconel® 625 and similar corrosion- and heat-resistant alloys. This filler metal offers exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular attack, and stress corrosion cracking in a wide variety of severely corrosive environments, including seawater, acids, and oxidizing/reducing atmospheres.

It is widely used for both overlay cladding and joining applications in industries such as chemical processing, marine, power generation, and aerospace. ERNiCrMo-3 is suitable for TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) processes.

    Key Features

    • Exceptional resistance to seawater, acids (H₂SO₄, HCl, HNO₃), and high-temperature oxidizing/reducing atmospheres

    • Excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chloride-rich environments

    • Outstanding weldability with smooth arc, minimal spatter, and clean bead appearance

    • Maintains mechanical strength up to 980°C (1800°F)

    • Highly resistant to stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion

    • Ideal for dissimilar metal welds, overlays, and hardfacing

    • Conforms to AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-3 and UNS N06625
