    Product Description

ERNiCrMo-4 is a premium nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten (NiCrMoW) alloy welding wire designed for the most demanding corrosion environments. Equivalent to Inconel® 686 (UNS N06686), this wire delivers exceptional resistance to a wide range of corrosive media including strong oxidizers, acids (sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric), seawater, and high-temperature gases.

Ideal for both cladding and joining, ERNiCrMo-4 is widely used in chemical processing, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems, marine engineering, and pollution control equipment. Compatible with TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding processes, it provides crack-free, durable welds with excellent mechanical and corrosion-resistant performance.

    Key Features

    • Outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking

    • Performs in aggressive oxidizing and reducing environments including wet chlorine, hot acids, and seawater

    • High-temperature strength and structural stability up to 1000°C

    • Excellent weldability and arc stability in both MIG and TIG processes

    • Suitable for overlay welding on carbon or stainless steel components

    • Conforms to AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-4 / UNS N06686
