Flat Wire is available in stainless steels, nichrome,CuNi alloy, in small to truckload quantities. Flat wire is generally defined as a thickness to width ratio of less than 5:1.

Flat wire products start as round wire and are rolled or die drawn to size by custom processes through a series of operations engineered for your specific requirements. Our flat wire is offered for those applications where strip is not the best option due to edge and other physical or mechanical property requirements. Our ability to provide flat wire to tight tolerances, burr free, few or no welds, continuous coil or precision cut lengths provides the manufacturer with longer runs and less secondary operations.
