Product Description

  • Hastelloy C276 High-Temperature Alloy Wire Nickel Alloy Wire Hastelloy Coil 760MPA Tensile Strength

Hastelloy C22 wire is a high-performance nickel-based alloy wire with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature stability. It is widely used in industrial fields under extreme environments. Its main components include nickel, chromium, molybdenum and tungsten. It can perform well in oxidizing and reducing media, especially pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorides. The alloy has a tensile strength of 690-1000 MPa, a yield strength of 283-600 MPa, an elongation of 30%-50%, a density of 8.89-8.95 g/cm³, a thermal conductivity of 12.1-15.1 W/(m·℃), and a linear expansion coefficient of (10.5-13.5)×10⁻⁶/℃. Hastelloy C22 wire can still maintain excellent mechanical properties and oxidation resistance at high temperatures and can be used in environments up to 1000℃. It has good processing performance and is suitable for processes such as cold rolling, cold extrusion, and welding, but it has obvious work hardening and may require annealing. Hastelloy C22 wire is widely used in chemical, marine, nuclear, energy and pharmaceutical industries to manufacture reactors, heat exchangers, pipes, valves and marine equipment.

  • Application

Chemical Industry: Suitable for equipment exposed to strong acids, strong alkalis and oxidants, such as reactors, pipelines and valves.
Oil and Gas: Widely used in oil well pipes, refining equipment and submarine pipelines due to its excellent resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion.
Aerospace: Used to manufacture gas turbine sealing rings, high-strength fasteners, etc.
Marine Engineering: Due to its resistance to seawater corrosion, it is often used in seawater cooling systems.
