Product Description
Inconel 625 tube is a high-performance nickel-based alloy tube with excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and high-temperature strength. Its chemical composition mainly includes high nickel content (≥58%), chromium (20%-23%), molybdenum (8%-10%), and niobium (3.15%-4.15%), which makes it perform well in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
The alloy has a density of 8.4 g/cm³, a melting point range of 1290°C-1350°C, a tensile strength of ≥760 MPa, a yield strength of ≥345 MPa, and an elongation of ≥30%, showing excellent mechanical properties. Inconel 625 tube is widely used in aerospace, marine engineering, oil and gas, chemical processing, and nuclear industries, especially in high-temperature, high-pressure, and strong corrosive environments. It is an ideal material for manufacturing key components.
