Manganin enameled wire is a high-precision resistance alloy wire composed of a manganin core (Cu-Mn-Ni alloy) coated with a thin, heat-resistant enamel insulation layer. Available in diameters 0.1mm, 0.2mm, and 0.5mm, it is engineered for applications requiring stable electrical resistance over wide temperature ranges and minimal resistance drift. The enamel coating provides excellent electrical insulation and mechanical protection, making it suitable for precision resistors, current shunts, and instrumentation where accuracy is critical.
