Shanghai Tankii Alloy Material Co., Ltd. offers Tankii 10~38 SWG K type thermocouple element bare wire. This NiCr-Ni/NiAl (Type K) thermocouple wire is widely used in basemetal thermocouples, especially at temperatures above 500°C. It boasts strong resistance to oxidation compared to other base metal thermocouples, providing high EMF against Platinum 67, excellent temperature accuracy, sensitivity, and stability, all at a low cost.
Recommended for oxidizing or inert atmospheres, this thermocouple wire should not be used in alternatively oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, atmospheres with *** gases, long periods in a vacuum, or low oxidizing atmospheres like hydrogen and carbon monoxide.
NiCr-NiAl thermocouple wire can be customized to meet customers’ specific chemical composition requirements. It is available with insulation materials such as PVC, PTFE, FB, or as per customer specifications.
