Fe/CuNi Type J Thermocouple Bare Wire is a cost-effective solution for accurate temperature measurement, offering high thermoelectric output and reliable performance in oxidizing, reducing, inert atmospheres, and vacuum environments. The positive leg is made from pure iron, while the negative leg uses a copper-nickel alloy with approximately 55% copper and 45% nickel.

Available in multiple diameters from 0.3 to 3.2 mm, this thermocouple wire supports long-term operating temperatures from 300°C to 600°C, with short-term use up to 750°C depending on wire size. It delivers a nominal EMF of approximately 42,919 μV at 760°C, making it suitable for industrial temperature sensing and a wide range of heating and monitoring applications.
