Designed for demanding industrial heating applications, this golden-color FeCrAl high-temperature heating wire offers stable performance, excellent oxidation resistance, and a long service life. With good winding and forming properties at room temperature, low springback, and reliable processing performance, it is available in conventional diameters from 0.5 to 10 mm. The wire can operate at temperatures up to 1,400°C, depending on diameter and furnace atmosphere.
With a resistivity of approximately 1.45 Ω·mm²/m, a density of about 7.1 g/cm³, and a ferritic microstructure, it is suitable for powder metallurgy furnaces, diffusion furnaces, radiant tube heaters, and various high-temperature furnace heating elements. For best performance, install the wire carefully in a dry, non-corrosive environment, avoid surface damage and contamination, and gradually preheat the furnace to help form a protective oxide layer before regular operation.
