0.01mm ultra fine enameled Constantan wire is manufactured from CuNi44 (6J40) copper nickel resistance alloy with excellent electrical stability, low temperature coefficient of resistance and superior flexibility. The ultra-small diameter design allows the wire to be used in compact and precision applications where space and reliability are critical.
Different enamel insulation options including PE, PEI, PI and PAI are available to meet various temperature, mechanical and chemical resistance requirements. The wire provides stable performance during long-term operation and is suitable for micro sensors, medical equipment, precision electronic components, miniature resistors and advanced measurement systems.
Customized diameter, insulation thickness, spool size and packaging solutions are available according to customer requirements.
