FeCrAl 0Cr21Al6Nb Resistance Heating Wire is a high-performance iron chromium aluminum alloy designed for industrial electric heating applications requiring excellent oxidation resistance and long-term operation at elevated temperatures.
The alloy contains chromium, aluminum and niobium elements, forming a protective alumina layer during high-temperature operation. This oxide layer improves oxidation resistance and extends the service life of heating elements.
With stable electrical resistance and excellent heat resistance, 0Cr21Al6Nb FeCrAl wire is widely used for manufacturing industrial furnace heating elements, electric heaters, kilns and thermal processing equipment.

Melting Temperature: 1500ºC
Electric Resistivity: 1.45 micro ohm/m
Has been used extensively as heating elements in industrial furnaces and electrical kilns.
Has less hot strength than Tophet alloys but much higher melting point.
