0Cr25Al5 FeCrAl foil is a high-chromium, high-aluminum iron-chromium-aluminum alloy designed for harsh exhaust environments, particularly diesel particulate filters (DPF) and diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC). With ~25% chromium and ~5% aluminum, it provides outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance and thermal cycling stability, making it suitable for applications operating at elevated temperatures under rich exhaust conditions.
