    Product Description

Furnace electric heating element is characterisized  by excellent oxidation resistance and very good form stability resulting in long element life. they are typically used in electrical heating elements in industrial furnaces and home appliances.

FeCrAl alloys have higher service temperature than NiCr alloys. but  lower stability and flexibility.

Power for each element: 10kw to 40kw( can be customized in accordance with customer's requests)

Working voltage: 30v to 380v( can be customized)

Useful heating length: 900 to 2400mm( can be customized)

    Outer diameter: 80mm - 280mm(can be customized)

Total length  of  product:  1 - 3m( can be customized)

Electric heating wire:  FeCrAl ,NiCr,HRE and Kanthal wire.

    FeCrAl  series wire:  1Cr13Al4,1Cr21Al4,0Cr21Al6,0Cr23Al5,0Cr25Al5,0Cr21Al6Nb,0Cr27Al7M02

    NiCr     series wire:   Cr20Ni80,Cr15Ni60,Cr30Ni70,Cr20Ni35,Cr20Ni30.

HRE                  wire:  HRE series is close to Kanthal A-1

Which heating wire material should I choose for my furnace: FeCrAl or NiCr?

We supply two major series of electric heating alloys, and the choice depends on your working conditions:

    - FeCrAl Series (1Cr13Al4, 0Cr25Al5, 0Cr27Al7Mo2, etc.): Maximum operating temperature up to 1400°C with excellent oxidation resistance, ideal for industrial furnaces and high-temperature kilns; slightly lower form stability and flexibility than NiCr.

    - NiCr Series (Cr20Ni80, Cr15Ni60, Cr30Ni70, etc.): Operating temperature of approx. 1100-1200°C, offering better form stability and flexibility, suitable for ovens, electric stoves, and other household appliances as well as medium-temperature industrial furnaces.

Recommendation: Choose FeCrAl for high-temperature kilns, and NiCr for applications requiring frequent bending or for home appliances. We can recommend the optimal solution based on your furnace temperature, chamber size, and power requirements.

What is the maximum operating temperature and expected service life of these heating elements?

The maximum operating temperature depends on the material: FeCrAl series up to approx. 1400°C, NiCr series approx. 1200°C. Our heating elements feature excellent oxidation resistance and good form stability, maintaining their shape without sagging at high temperatures, which ensures a longer element life. Additionally, a proper surface load (W/cm2) design can further extend service life - we are happy to help you calculate it.

Can you customize the power, voltage, and dimensions?

Absolutely - customization is our core strength:

    - Power per element: 10kW - 40kW (customizable)

    - Working voltage: 30V - 380V (customizable)

    - Useful heating length: 900 - 2400mm (customizable)

    - Coil outer diameter: 80 - 280mm (customizable)

    - Total length: 1 - 3m (customizable)

Simply provide your drawings or working conditions (furnace temperature, voltage, power), and our engineers will calculate the wire diameter, pitch, and coil configuration for you.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Do you accept small trial orders?

Since wire diameter, coil configuration, and materials vary, the MOQ is usually calculated per piece/set and can be negotiated based on specifications. We welcome small trial orders, allowing you to verify the actual heating performance and service life of the elements in your equipment before committing to larger quantities.

What is the lead time for custom orders?

For standard specifications (in-stock materials), orders can be shipped quickly after confirmation. For custom orders (requiring coil winding, annealing, and surface treatment), the lead time depends on processing complexity and current production scheduling - the exact delivery date will be confirmed in the contract. We support express, air, and sea freight to meet delivery requirements in different regions.

What quality certifications do you provide? How is after-sales support handled?

Every shipment is accompanied by a Material Test Certificate (MTC) covering chemical composition, resistance values, and wire diameter tolerances. We support customization per drawings and can provide performance testing upon request. Our export packaging features multi-layer moisture-proof and pressure-resistant protection to ensure safe long-distance transport, and our technical team provides full after-sales support to assist with installation and usage issues.
