Thermal Overload Relay Wire CuNi8 Alloy12 CN012 Low-Voltage Low Temperature Heating

Short Description:

Copper Nickel Alloy is mainly made of copper and nickel. The copper and nickel can be melted together no matter what percentage. Normally the resistivity of CuNi alloy will be higher if the Nickel content is larger than Copper content. From CuNi1 to CuNi44, the resistivity is from 0.03μΩm to 0.49μΩm. That will help the resistor manufacture choosing the most suitable alloy wire.

Copper nickel alloy, which has low electric resistance, good heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, easy to be

processed and lead welded. It is used to make the key components in the thermal overload relay, low resistance

thermal circuit breaker, and the electrical appliances. It is also an important material for electrical heating cable.

Application of copper nickel alloy wire:
    1. heating components
    2. current-limiting resistance of thermal overload relay
    3. low-voltage circuit breaker
    4. low-voltage apparatus
