ASTM B265 CP Titanium Sheet and Plate Gr2 TA2 for Chemical Processing
Short Description:
Grade 2 (TA2) titanium sheet, plate, strip and coil for chemical equipment, heat exchangers and anodes, ASTM B265 certified, thickness 0.05-50 mm, custom width.
Ultra-thin Gr.2 TA2 Pure Titanium Foil (ASTM B265 / GB/T3620.1)
TA2 Gr.2 pure titanium foil is the best-selling pure titanium grade for global chemical, marine and aerospace markets in 2026. We provide ultrathin titanium foil with thickness 0.001-0.5 mm and adjustable width 1-750 mm, fully compliant with ASTM B265, GB/T3620.1 and JIS H4600 standards. Featuring low density and outstanding corrosion resistance against seawater, chloride and most acidic solutions, Gr.2 titanium foil has become a costeffective alternative to tantalum and niobium for general corrosive working conditions.
TA2 pure titanium has balanced strength and ductility. It can be rolled down to ultra-thin gauge, supports precision slitting, stamping and deep drawing without cracking. Compared with TA1, Gr.2 delivers higher mechanical strength while retaining good forming performance, which fits most industrial corrosive-environment applications. Multi-pass cold rolling and vacuum annealing process guarantee uniform thickness tolerance and clean burrfree surface. Every batch carries strict composition and mechanical inspection to ensure stable batch consistency.
