TC4 Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium alloy foil is the most popular high-strength titanium alloy material in global high-end manufacturing industries, widely used in aerospace, medical equipment and precision new energy fields in 2026. We provide ultra-thin titanium alloy foil with full size range of 0.001-0.5mm thickness and 1-750 mm width, fully compliant with ASTM B265, UNS R56400 and GB/T3620.1 standards. Different from pure titanium foil, TC4 belongs to α+β duplex titanium alloy, adding aluminum and vanadium alloy elements, which greatly improves structural strength, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance, making it the mainstream lightweight high-strength alloy foil for high-load precision parts.
