    Ultra-thin Gr5 TC4 Titanium Alloy Foil (UNS R56400 / ASTM B265)

    TC4-ELI Gr23 (Ti-6Al-4V-ELI) is the premium extra-low-interstitial medical titanium alloy, widely used for biomedical implant, medical apparatus and high-reliability scientific research projects with booming inquiries in 2026. Compared with standard TC4 Gr5, ELI grade strictly limits oxygen, hydrogen, iron and other interstitial impurities, greatly improving fracture toughness, fatigue performance and ductility while maintaining good strength, which makes it the preferred material for long-term human-body contact components. We provide ultra-thin foil with thickness range 0.001-0.5 mm and adjustable width 1-750 mm, complying with ASTM F136, UNS R56401 and GB/T13810-2017 surgical implant material standards.
